Rates
All tour rates are quoted per person
in US Dollar, Euro, Pound sterling and Rupiah at current rates of
exchange. Due to the exchange rate fluctuations, we could not guarantee
the fixed exchange rate when you settled payment in local currency.
Payment
Tour payment must be settled prior departure time.
Refunds
No refund will be made for any unutilized portion after tour commenced.
Meals
Meals and gratuities are included.
Tipping
Although it is not compulsory, it is appreciated by those who work hard to make your day enjoyable.
Reservation
To ensure for confirmation please
supply us with the following details: total pax, arrival and departure
date, flight number, hotel preference and types of room needed.
Communication
Quotation and confirmation will be
send to you by email or by phone within at least 2x24 hours. We apply 24
hours reservation system to give high service to you.
